Taxes & Levies will be applicable as per prevailing rates.

• Payment: 100% Advance
• Warranty on hardware: 1 years
• In case of defect in device, it will be repaired / replaced free of charge subject to terms of warranty.
• In case unit/accessories are found missing/tampered, cost of materials (if any) & standard visit charge will apply.
• We shall not be liable for damages to life and/or property due to malfunctioning of the device.
• A mutually agreed location should be pre-defined for all maintenance and troubleshooting related activities.
• Devices requires GSM/GPRS network to be available in vicinity in order for tracking to work. In absence of  a network or poor signal conditions, live tracking data may not be available.
• If SIM is provided by us, customer should ensure that it is not removed from the tracker and/or used/handled by anyone other than our authorized field technician. We should be notified in advance/as early as possible if the vehicle is going to be sold or the SIM ceases to be in control of the customer. This is required so that we can inform the telecom operator to disable the SIM. The customer will be liable for any misuse of the SIM till the time the telecom operator acts on the request to disable the SIM.Customers are encouraged to use their own SIM if this is not acceptable.
